ECSU-NAM Computational Science and Research Program

• Participated in an intensive 2 week program learning research skills
• Completed a research project utilizing such programs as Maple, Matlab, and Dreamweaver
• Completed a PowerPoint presentation, paper, website, and poster

My experience thus far at the Institute has been an overall great one. I get to meet other people who are interested in the same subject areas I am interested in and willing to learn more about it. All the information presented has been wonderful. I have been exposed to so much information on how mathematics and computers work together as an approach to solving real-world problems. These presentations really bring together everything I have learned and school and give more meaning to them. I am also glad that I got the chance to meet the other participants in the program. All the presenters have been very helpful and I am grateful for the opportunity to be in this program.
